Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

New subscriptions to Pro and Agency purchased directly from PAVO may be refunded in full if you request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge, subject to fair-use and anti-abuse review. Solo (free) has no fee to refund.

After 14 days

Fees are generally non-refundable after the guarantee window. We do not refund partial months or unused time except where required by law or at our discretion for documented service failures.

How to request a refund

Email pavo.platform@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Refund request” and your billing details. We may ask for information to verify purchase and identity.

Business tier

Enterprise and Business plans may be governed by a separate order form or master services agreement. Refunds and credits under those contracts follow the signed terms.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are typically initiated within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.
