Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for PAVO (pavocreate.com), operated by Siryus Creative Media Ltd. Self-serve billing is handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. This policy works together with our Terms of Service.

14-day money-back guarantee

New subscriptions to Pro ($29/month or $278/year) and Agency ($79/month or $758/year) purchased directly from PAVO may be refunded in full if you request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge, subject to fair-use and anti-abuse review. Solo (free) has no fee to refund.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account billing settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period unless a refund is approved under this policy.

After 14 days

Fees are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee window. Partial months and unused time are not refunded. Annual plans are not prorated when cancelled mid-term.

How to request a refund

Email pavo.platform@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Refund request” and your billing details (plan name, charge date, and last four digits of the payment method if available). We may ask for information to verify purchase and identity.

Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

Business tier

Enterprise and Business plans follow the same refund policy outlined above. All billing and refunds are handled through Paddle as merchant of record.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are typically initiated within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.
